Perfect for couples on a romantic getaway
The room was quiet with a nice view of the city and the breakfast was good and definitely a luxury.
It wasn't cheap but you know, it was acceptable.

Location: the hotel was just off the main attractions of Madrid, all the main sights of Madrid and the Prado and Thyssen museums. The breakfast served was particularly good with delicious coffee, hot dishes cooked a la minute and sufficient assortment...

The location was particularly good, only 5 minutes walk to a large urban plaza. Visiting restaurants and bars steps away from the hotel was easy. I ate at a very nice restaurant for dinner.

Located in the city.
We received a room right next to the store room. Very noisy staff. However, when we complained, we got another room.

Great location: particularly conevnient for the Airport Express Bus. Wide choice of restaurants nearby. Hotel restaurant was fully booked but was directed to an excellent place 100m away by the reception staff. Didn't take breakfast in the hotel.

missingWrote a review on 16 Junrooftop barexcellent viewsconvenient locationcramped room
Excellent views from the rooftop bar provide a perfect escape from the busy streets below, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. The location is convenient, placing you steps away from the major attractions.
The de luxe room felt cramped, more suited to a standard hotel than a luxury one, with shabby furnishings that could use a refresh. Limited storage space, along with old bathrobes and an occasional sewage smell in the bathroom, detracted from the experience. The absence of a fridge in the room is a letdown, and the minibar pricing seems to presume everyone will overlook charges, which creates an uncomfortable vibe. Finally, the breakfast selection felt overpriced compared to nearby cafés, leaving you feeling like you're missing out on better options.

It was great to find staff that speaks english fluently and was very helpful when it came to hints about the city. Location was great, we could see the Gay pride parade from our balcony!
Unfortunately, many things - as follows: first, we were promised a 24m sq on our first stay in madrid (as per Booked.net confirmation email) this was not the case at all, as seems the only room that had a king size bed that was booked for us in the smoking rooms floor was extremely tiny (we had t put the empty suitcases in the bathroom under the sink!) the most horrible thing was the connection door with the next room, which - although it seems the room was more of a service room than anything else, left little to imagination when it came to noise, we could even hear the fridge door close! It was annoying especially that we are honeymooners- which we mentioned in an email sent to the hotel on purpose two weeks before our stay - and which remained unanswered - also no special treatment of any kind - not even a silly thank you note - was given! :( whant annoyed us even more is that when we booked the hotel on our way back (one day only before we left) we were very picky about the room so we got a room for twice the size of our first stay room...however with separate beds! For those who wish to avoid the connected rooms, advise you to stay far from room 307 and 306. the 308 room was vaste but has separate beds.
